As part of their digital.together, Kent Connects is proud to sponsor two free digital skills sessions at the Nucleus Arts Centre in Chatham. Both sessions on the 23rd July are open to all ‘digital novices’ who want to learn how to access the internet as well as use some social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter. The one hour course will cover the basics of security and how to download apps onto various mobile devices. The sessions will run from 12.30-1.30pm and 2-3pm.
The sessions will be run in a fun and friendly way by Lizzie Hodgson, local digital envoy and founder of ThinkNation. Carol Patrick – Head of Kent Connects said” It is important that everyone has the opportunity to learn how to access the web and use the tools on offer. The internet is for everyone and getting some free skills from an expert is a good way to start your digital journey”.
Everyone is welcome to attend but pre-registration is required.
