CreataboX At Home

CreataboX Flyer

Look out for this flyer in Medway!

The CreataboX At Home Project  was started in 2014 with the aim of providing 50 people in Medway and Swale who feel excluded from their community with materials needed to create small pieces of their own choice for the CreataboX Art Dispenser, which is present at many events in the local community.

Vending Filter

We understand that people can feel excluded for many reasons. There is so much going on in Medway/Swale and we would hate for anyone to miss out. We want to help people that are creative to still be involved in events happening in their local area, from the comfort of their own home.

Once you apply by filling out the form below Natasha from Creatabot will contact you to explain the project more and get some more details. We are also happy to discuss arrangements with carers, guardians and parents. If we are unable to provide you with materials initially then we will put you on a waiting list to be involved.

All contributors will be given photos and where possible videos from events so that they can see their contribution is appreciated in the community.

Additionally if contributors are on occasion well enough to attend events, then transport will be provided, and they will also be given the opportunity to be given transport to local creative classes if able. People will also be given, if they wish, a Crafting Companion – someone who will visit them and provide company and encouragement whilst creating their chosen pieces.

The project will also support those whose contact with their local community is limited due to mental and physical health conditions. We will do our best to include as many people as possible from Medway and Swale.

  1. Hi, This is such a great idea for people who are suck indoors with an illness. This would of been great for me a few years back. Is there anything I can do to help the project, would love to volunteer.
