A message from Natasha:
“We are experiencing something completely new that we could never have imagined and our mental health is going to struggle to cope. I have been expressing the importance of creativity for health and wellbeing for years – creativity is now not something just nice to do, it is absolutely essential. Our immune system needs to be healthy and this goes hand in hand with our mental health. We know for a fact creativity supports mental health. Go for walks whilst social distancing, cook meals, enjoy garden spaces and craft using simple materials as shown in my videos. Make your home as cosy as you can, read books, watch online live gigs and shows. Be kind to one another and we will get through this. I am hoping there is more support announced for those who are self employed so that I can keep as safe as possible. If you can spare any change to support what I do, please buy me a coffee via my Ko-Fi page https://ko-fi.com/natashasteer“
